There's 1-800-Book-a-limo. 1-800-266-5254. http://www.bookalimo.com Not the cheapest, but always good. There are cheaper ones if you search around. I tend to look on citysearch for this kind of thing. www.citysearch.com

We phoned ahead and ordered our limo *from the plane*, selecting from an advert in the in-flight magazine. Swank, huh?! In fact, the limo price was exactly the same as a regular cab (excluding prohibitive extras like the mini-bar etc).
