can anyone tell me the nearest airport to Co. Kerry please

The nearest airport is Kerry, between Killarney and Tralee

but there are no direct services to Glasgow (Abbotsinch or Prestwick). You could probably build yourself a connecting itinerary via Manchester or Stansted, but bear in mind that budget airlines will not honour missed connections - even when the same airline operates both flights.
Since Cork is only 90mn away, you might be btter off flying there and hiring a car.
