perhaps things will improve during the day..... if not take some 'you time' long hot bath and snuggle on the couch .....by the way if your avatar is your own kitten I wouldn't want to go out at all..I'd want to stay home and cuddle it

thanks for kind words...mum in for hip operation waited a year...now she has a bug and they can't do it....she is 85..really sorry for her no visitors.

I hope your mum is ok, perhaps its best she has no visitors for a little while, she already has one bug she doesn't want to be exposed to others that can easily be brought in from outside. Elderly people can't fight 'em off like they used to.

Not good news about the snow up there, we had snow last night & I expected to wake up to a carpet of the stuff this morning but - Nothing - Hurah! coz I hate the stuff.

I have to apologise to you Fruitcat. I think it's my fault it's snowing. I have been praying for snow all week so I can get out of doing an 8 mile up-hill run tomorrow morning and because I want to wear my new wellies. I did ask for it to come in the middle of tonight but it was obviously keen. I'm sorry! Hope you get to see your Mum soon. xx

We're snowed in (8-10 inches and falling), been one lorry and one 4x4 past here all day ... yayyyy, love it.
