if parents die and leave property to siblings, 5 equal shares in the property, and a sum of cash to be equally divided - what happens if 1 of the 5 sibblings also passes away before the will and probate settled?

If both parents die and leave their property to be equally shared between 5 siblings, what if 1 of the 5 also passes away before the will and probate is settled. All 5 where also left a sum of cash also to be devided?

His share will go to his beneficiaries if he has made a will. If intestate, his share goes back into the 'pot'
My Uncle left money in his will. My Dad died 7 months later and his share was divided between me and my sister.
As long as there are no survivorship provisions in the Will (ie to my children if more than one in equal shares providing they survive me for * days) and the sibling failed to survive the requisite period, it goes to the sibling's estate to be dealt with under the terms of his will or his intestacy.
