uploading music files to a sony ericsson spiro walkman phone

Can anyone advise me how transfer music to my spiro mobile phone. I have inserted a memory card , which shows that it has music on it when in my computer, but once it is in the phone, I cannot find any music files. All the files in the walkman application are showing no music. I have followed all the instructions from the user guide, but still can't get any music onto the phone. Any advice would be much appreciated.

What format are the files you have loaded onto the card? Sony use their own version of MP3 files I believe. You should have a CD which came with the phone which converts tracks to their format. Wma if I remember correctly.
