How can I get microsoft excel on my computer? I want to fill in an order form from a firm in America but cannot type on their form. What's gone wrong?

Sounds like you've answered that already, you've not got Excel....

Excel is part of the microsoft office package which can't be got for free, there is a free alternative that will almost certainly be suitable for your needs though.

Why do you think you need Excel?

The form may be a PDF document so cannot be updated. Can you find out what sort of form it is.

I dont see how getting Excel will help you.
Actually one of the superior features of the Foxit pdf reader is its ability to fill out and save pdf forms.

However any company that relies on using either pdf or Excel forms has no future so best avoid shopping with them.

Thanks to you all - I have got the package, thought I could do a free, short cut. I will download open office though. Thanks for your suggestions.
