Ours is delivered between 1 and 4 pm

If it is our regular postman then it is normally about 10.30 weekdays and 9.30 Saturdays. If it's a different one then anytime at all. I think the latest has been about 6pm.

Better late than never, we never get any on a Sat, Sun or fiesta day, or when the postperson is on holiday!

Ours arrives around 15.30 on weekdays and around mid-day on a Saturday.
The delivery times have become later because there is no longer a second delivery so each round is now longer, so the last ones on the round get their post later.
When there were two deliveries per day the rounds were shorter but were traversed twice in the day.
