I am experienced with horses and partly know how to ride, but then stopped riding as I could not get to the horse that I was riding because my friends unfortunately has been very ill with mudfever, and is not getting any better, does anybody have any ideas?

I would have a look at this list and phone a few that are nearest to you and ask.  I don't think it is the sort of thing they will advertise as the demand would be very high.  The best thing is get on the phone, or visit them.

thanks, Ive already found a possible one, this info's great!!
we went to the stables to say bye to the horses and to take some pictures yesterday, I ended up crying, Ive put all the horses rosettes on his door and I've kept one for myself.
Its gonna be hard just leaving him with his owner and the owner of the farmyard, but they'll manage.
thanks
