Did you see this morning's Daily Express where there was a whole page of stupid answers contestants had given on various quiz shows?
My favourite one was where Anne Robinson asked, on the Weakest Link, 'In traffic, what J is where two roads meet?' The contestant answered 'Jool carriageway'.
There were loads of similar gems.

Lol, Sorry I missed buying the DE today, I usually buy it for the crossword.
I hope that the Daily Express hasn't been nicking stuff off the web!

I think you might be right Chris, there are quite a few in that link, that were in this mornings DE
My fav.Hot drink anagram of eat,ans,hot chocolate
I only buy it for the crossword as well but saw that page and I have read those quiz things somewhere else.Think it might have been the Daily Star that my (recent) ex husband used to buy.Think they are part of the same group.
They are in Private Eye under the Dumb Briatin column.
