Whenever I seem to upload new photos that I've taken on my camera, the computer always seems to upload and duplicate photos that I already have stored on my laptop. So whenlooking through my gallery of photos, there is two of every picture! How do I avoid this and only upload the new, recently taken photographs? Spend half my time deleting all the duplicates everytime!

When you've finished copying the pictures to the computer, delete all of them from the camera!
Sam, I don't copy to the computer, what I do may be oldfashioned but I cut and paste them from my camera into the correct folder on the computer. That means they are no longer on the camera so not available to upload a second time.
Then I don't see how you are getting 2 copies of each photo. It can't be the machine, it must be you. How do you cut, copy and paste from a camera? Never heard of that.
