Had to stretch the mind back half a century to my classics days and I hope it came easier for other EVers.

Nice to see you now helping rather than requesting! Spotted your help on a Speccie earlier! IMO this EV was quite demanding, hope you enjoyed the Pinot, I'm still boringly drinking the Tempranillo!
I did however manage a large, (home large) whisky before dinner!

Hi Zita-Green!

Given my culinary skills drinking a glass or two of wine while preparing a meal is the best thing to do. And no...we won't tell!! Off now to our quiz league match. Drinking while cooking, drinking while EVing are fine but drinking and quizzing is, for me, a definite non-starter.

Hello Zita-Green, If you are sipping a St Em, open the door and let me in, as the song says, I'll even bring my own glass, it will be an Edinburgh Crystal cut glass one. IMO even the most average wine tastes better from a nice glass.
Novalis, it seems your culinary skills are on a par with mine, enhanced by a slurp or two! At least I haven't given Herself food poisoning! Did I hear you say "YET"!
