Only if you've got a mole on your penis in the first place. But if that condition is met, then yes you can.

Hold you penis near some fresh soil and it will probably jump off of its own accord and tunnel underground. Sorry

If the mole is on the skin as opposed to the meat as it were then I would suppose that it would be a relatively simple operation. I would get it checked out in any case by your GP in the first instnce as you would not want to ignore it and later discover it were something malignant.
