Incandescant lamps used to supply plants with light produce far more infra red than is needed usually. Why do you want to heat them additionally and what kind of plants are you growing?

Pot plants?

Plants don't use infrared and ultraviolet damages them.

There are special lights with output wavelengths that are designed for plants. Search Grolux.
