I would like to set up an account for my 7 year old daughter (DOB 24/05/2002), which will put an initial amount of money in, and then can only be touched by her when she turns 18. Unfortunately, the child trust funds seem to be what I want, but she is just outside of the catchment age. Please note, that I want ONLY my daughter to be able to access the money.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Try an independant financial advisor. I set up three for my grandkids but I cannot remember the age of the youngest when I set them up.
