Fifa= Short list a player. How do u get back to him to sign him

On FIFA 11 when u r in the transfer menu and u short list a player. How do u get back to him to sign him. I've put him on my shortlist and can't get the shortlist up at all. And his name now won't display on the searches please. Thanks
