Cable TV code?

I have Virgin cable TV and since last night have no picture just a code across the screen 3201, what's wrong? Anyone out there having same problem?

Power off, take card out and reinsert.

TTG thanks for advice, still didn't work so phoned Virgin, getting new box as the one I have is 20 years old so maybe thats why.
