moony's comment about the spending review- yes hmm, my own employer in the public sector already has to save several million before April, and that's without the spending review.

Nothing much planned today except my hairdresser is coming at 11, I will post later with a lighter head!

Morning all. Had to get up at 6 am as hubby had put the heating on in the bedroom. With my hot flushes it was too warm so had to come and sit in front of the fan. A nice sunny but chilly day in Hastings.

morning all - very still and mild morning here in south Kent, j had a very enjoyable roundabout walk along the military canal at 7am to collect the paper.

Boxy, I tried that when I used to look after my mate, Phil. They always had Skinny Cow in the kitchen. I must say I prefer Highlights to anything.

In the Options range, I have Belgian Choc, Orange Choc, White Choc, Mocha Choc and dreamy caramel... and I don't fancy any of them. They're currently 7 for £1.50 in Morrissons, so that's why I decided to try them.

morning everybody, a great morning here in Notts, cold and frosty but sunny with lovely clear blue skies. Much to my surprise the boss came on our early morning walk whih is why we're a bit late as she had to stop and feed the swans and ducks etc, I'll forgive her though as she also collected about a pound of mushrooms which will go well with the bacon this morning

What a nice day (here in Essex) out there,sunny blue sky and fluffy white clouds, When I opened the door to let Ella out a shaft of cold air hit me, can't see any signs of frost but I think I'll stay in today.
