Is it a commonly experienced ailment to have sensitive teeth when suffering a hangover?

You've probably just been grinding your teeth in some alcohol induced state of restlesness while asleep.
Yes.. If you have had lots to drink, the alcohol leeches the calcium from the teeth.  As a result, your teeth are more sensitive than they would be.  I don't drink alot, but one time - when I was young and foolish - I had a few shots of tequila.  Bad Idea. I couldn't brush my teeth properly for about 3 days afterwards.  Mind you, I couldn't do very much for about 3 days afterwards as I felt so bad.....
