Hi,

Iam trying to connect Interdev for authoring to an Apache web server, Whenever I try to connect to Apache in I get an error 'Not Found (Error 800700005)'.

Help

I am used to using IIS which I never have any problems with.

Apache needs Frontpage Extensions for Interdev to talk to it I think.

Looking good OBonio, I am currently installing it.

Will let you know, BTW Can you run ASP pages on Apache or is that just IIS ? If so is there an alternative on Apache to php ?

Not that I know of. There is Apache::ASP though it only supports Perl script. I suspect the ASP you have is in VBScript.

There's also a project called Mono. There is a module called mod_mono for Apache that runs ASP.NET though I don't know how well.

If running Apache, the closes you'll get to ASP is PHP I think.
