What a wonderful sight
ohh what a relief ..... how lovely was that ........

heres to the rest of them now .....
Morning ttfn. Me too, blubbing well here. Just surprised that the surrounding crowd of photographers don't seem to have been policed too well. Looks like organised chaos.
That was a moment wasn't it Jan? I wonder how everyone has held it together so well, all things considered. Everyone talks of the adjustment time for the miners but their families have certainly gone to hell and back by now. I raise my glass to them all
My god woman, any excuse for a drink! Seriously though I had to sit and watch it. Now the first one is up I hope it carries on being straightforward. I suffer with claustrophobia so just watching them get in to that capsule makes me feel sick.
Well I tell you this Jan, it is not a hypothetical glass. Whoever said the 13th was an unlucky number? It is not going to be a rush job though is it and I haven't heard how many rescuers will be replacing the rescued miners. It is an amazing sight to witness though.
Mine's not hypothetical either! Think I've heard that there will be 3 paramedics going down to check on the weaker people. Don't think it will be over for another 14 to 15 hours at least. Just nice to have good news these days.
Isn't it just Jan. I am trying to remember another good news story of comparable magnitude - and nothing has come to mind
I do find it annoying though that the politicians have to be there to be the first to see them. I think I'd be tempted to tell them to fcuk off.
Know what you mean Jan. Those poor wives, the emotions they are going through, but with great dignity and restraint
Is it just me or do the first two not seem to be that pleased to see their wives? If my hubby had been gone for that long I wouldn't let him go!
You are not wrong Jan. Well Mario acts like a union man - if I was Elvira I might be upset that he hugged the president longer than he did his wife! i am off to bed to watch more of this coverage now Jan - sweet dreams when you get to that stage. It has been quite a night to watch such a miracle. ttfn ♥
Night night ttfn. Hope you get some sleep. xxxx
