I work in a Pub for a company and 1 year ago was part of an attempted robbery. The Robbers got into the premises but could not get to me because of locked internal doors. They tried again from the outside but were disturbed. They left behind a Gun, Machette and Cable Ties. Since then I have not really slept well and home and work life has been horrible because of this.

Should the Company have supplied some sort of after care or at least asked me how I was ?

I have since resigned because of the Stress.

No, Not even asked if I was ok. I mentioned a couple of times that I was shook up but no course of action was taken.
The simple answer is 'yes' but, having resigned, what outcome are you now hoping to achieve? A claim for constructive dismissal? When did you resign?
