I only sleep once or twice a month probably. The rest of the time I catnap - an hour here 2 hours there. However I always retain my cheerful disposition (ahem) ;o)
I guess you take the prize ttfn I was waiting for you to tell us.

Cj does it for me, what a pr%t
Sometimes gran it just isn't worth the trudge up all those steep stairs. Hell for me it is then ;o)
I am naturally a night owl - however, i start work at 8 and have myself and kids to get out the door in the morning so I get up around 6.30. That means that during the week, although I try to get to bed by 12 but never seems to manage, I probably get between 5 and 6 hours a night. At the weekend, I can get up later, but tend to go to bed later too, so probably don't get much more sleep, I do however feel more refreshed as I am not geting up until 8 or 9. It just suits my body clock better.
I need at least 8 hours or im a bit grumpy the next day. i find it weird how i can fall asleep in the chair with loads of noise and tv on but at night when its all quiet i cant get to sleep!!
Recently i have been managing on 4 hours sleep per night, somedays i have an hour or two kip in the afternoon. Its either age creeping in or these darn statins that i take as i used to sleep for at least 8 hours a night.
I blamed the statins when I took them.
oh good so its not my age then lol
