I cannot remove the front of my aqalisa quartz electric 9.5 shower housing. I have removed the two screws at the top and is slghtly loose. The the knob that controls the water temerature also does not seem to pull off.Any advice would be appreciated

The shower unit probably has a further screw at the bottom and the temperature control knob will usually come away still attached to the front cover.
