Can I visit or communicate with my husband who is in prison on remand for Commom assult now that the non-molestation order has expired.

Phone the prison. They will let you know...

I would certainly think so but you would need a visiting order first.

You'll have to ring anyway. Prisoners are not allowed to ring anyone unless the number has been registered with them...

write to him instead, if he wants to see you he will send the VO [visiting order], but why ?
