I've had a few like this, pretending to be a serving US army officer, delete it and naek it as phising scam to your email providor

Dont forget all the south African banks that have a reserve for you,the Inland Revenue that are desperate to give you money,not to mention how many people that are out there willing to help a certain aspect of your life if you get my drift...:)
