Yesterday, I joined SW. I am finding it very hard to understand the books.I went to bed with a headache after trying to sort through what I was having today. I only eat chicken or turkey meat and only certain fish, so Ive gone for the green option
I do like my choco fix.

Is anyone else on this and how are you doing ?

hiya im also on the slimming world diet and although i does seem like a lot to take in when it comes to it its really simple. Theres the orange, red,and green diets. If you are going for the green diet then basically you dont eat meat which makes it fab for vegetarians but loads of pasta, rice potatoes etc. Red diet you can eat all meats but not carbs. However i recommend the orange to which you can eat all of these but you are allowed only 1 of each healthy extra a day. i.e MY 'A CHOICE' is 250ml skimmed milk and my B CHOICE is a wholemeal roll or cereal for example. Whereas if you were doing the red or green you get 2 of each A and B choices.

I think Im getting the hang of it. A bit confusing at first I think Ive had a few too many extras on the first two days, but Im doing ok now and not feeling really hungry, just a bit peckish at times.
I work funny shifts, so I have to go long periods when I cant get anything.
