CCTV Camera Smart Cars

Hi,

Can anyone point me in the direction; of where I can find the legal rules and regulations concerning the use of those CCTV Camera Smart cars; that are being used by our local authorities to plunder motorists pockets.

One of the rules and regulations is that they can only prosecute motorists whose behaviour is considered distracting. One way round this is don't use your mobile phone whilst driving

There's a lot of good info on pepipoo.com and appealnow.com. You should also take a look at/post questions on www.notobikeparkingtax.com as we are collecting quite a bit of info and are active it 'assisting them in being a visible deterrent' and not revenue machines ;-) In most cases, it is like dealing with almost any other PCN.
