I have a Panasonic TV with inbuilt Freeview,I cannot have an aerial on the roof, can anyone suggest a downstairs indoor aerial (not loft) that will give me reasonably good reception for Freeview signals.( I live approx 5 miles from Sutton Coldfield transmitter) which I can see through my front window. Tia. Ron.

If you have a Maplins within easy reach, go there and purchase a good quality Indoor Aerial and set it up near the Window in Full view of the Transmitter. being that close should give you a strong signal.
Maplin's High Gain Indoor Digital Aerial with Amplifier (Cat: A95GT) performs well. There's also the 'Total Control Freeview Indoor Aerial' available from Argos (Cat: 534/4857)
