I've heard that the goverment are putting microchips in people so they can keep an eye on them and they are testing it on the army. Is this true?

Yes, this is true. I have such a device in the back of my neck. It's been there ever since I was 21, I'm now 23. It isn't for the Army though. It is by the government to stop me from watching Vets in Practice on BBC1.
