If your tv has two scarts, plug the DVD into one, plug the satellite box into the other, and then plug your video into the spare scart on your Satellite.

You may find some useful info at this link mauray, i hope it helps as it did for me.

The '2 scart' setup is a pain when you've three to connect. You could buy a scart connection set in Argos, but I just did what johntheplamf suggested, and took the hit on stereo sound from the vcr.

Mickey_Blue - that link didn't seem to work, the 'root' link is:-

In response to johntheplamf ... IF the TV has 3 scarts, then I connected a scart from each of the DVDR, SAT BOX, and VCR to the telly.

Then the DVDR scart in to the SAT BOX also.

This plays all devices - BUT I then had problems recording from the VCR to the DVDR. I could record from the TV stations to DVDR, but could'nt work out how to record from the VCR. The DVDR shows the TV station in Scart mode, but is blank in the S-Video, VHS, and DV modes when a video tape is playing.

Any idea's most appreciated
