Amytriptyline and travel sickness pills?

I am currently on 10mg Amytriptyline daily for muscle spasms in my back and in a few weeks I am going in a helicopter on a sight seeing tour. I know I will need Travel sickness pills and have purchased "Kwells". It says to take care when on anti-depressants. I guess because both pills can cause drowsiness.
As I am only on a low dose and I will probably only need one Kwell tablet, do you think it will be ok?
