You can also get Pedigree Joint Care from supermarket pet food aisles. The box is graded for small. medium, and large dogs. Each box contains 7 chew sticks (1 week supply). They are excellent, and made a massive difference to my friend's 14 year old border collie who had athritic joints in his back legs. The dog loved the chew sticks, and had one each morning. It gave him a new lease of life considering that he was an old dog. Hope you find something that suits, but I would be very wary of giving a dog medication which is meant for humans, as the dosage could be too high. Or check with your vet first.

I don't know if you've heard of Bioflow collars, I've had some excellant results with them for some of the dogs I've walked in my time, I used to walk a Golden retriever who at 7yrs old developed arthritis after having both her cruciate ligaments operated on, I told the owner about these collars and she bought one, 2 months after wearing it Katie was running around like a pup, his was without any medication, she lived until she was 14 with no more problems with her legs. As far as I know they give you your money back if it doesn't work within a couple of months, worth a try I would say. Google Bioflow, lots of information on their site.
our vet recommended a human dose of glucosamine for our gsd she also had a bioflow colar
Pedigree Joint Care is a very expensive way of giving Glucosamine! It can also add unnecessary calories to a dogs diet....the last thing you want is an over-weight arthritic dog!!!!
I used to buy mine online here....

http://www.simplysupplements.net/

But now get it from the vet as my insurance pays for it :O]
I still use that site for Green Lipped Mussel and Omega 3,6,9 for the dogs though.....very reasonably priced!!!

I have a 10 yr old mongrel with arthritis and I use
Arthriti-um paste. Sells for about 20 in Pets at home but I buy mine on ebay for about 10. I have tried LOADS of other stuff in the past to ease his pain and discomfort, but this has done the trick. Have been using it for over a year now and he is like a puppy again! You have to use it for at least a couple of months to see any change but it is well worth it.
also code liver oils good 4 hat i used 2 give it 2 my 14year old dog sometimes she had bad days then i would give her half a paracetamol or half an asprin but do NOT give asprin 2 cats as it WILL KILL them
Please consult a yogasan teacher(ofcourse qualified) and you can learn the exercise
or
You may want to try Instaflex. It is all-natural and it is very effective at reducing pain, should sure cure your problem. Media URL: http://bit.ly/daLYNI
