hey people does anyone have any ides of software that can b used to do things to a photo like turn the face a sorta different colour and put their face on different things? cheers

Windows already has Paint but it is a little basic. Paint.net is meant as a replacement for Paint and is a great improvement. It is in the list at the link above but this link is the homepage.

professional (read: expensive) is Photoshop. They also make elements, which is a cut down version, far cheaper, but will probably do everything you want.
