Since the weekend I've had a funny type of pain in my calves, mainly the left one. It feels sort of twitchy/bubbly under the skin and it's not in the same place each time. I say pain but it doesn't actually hurt, more of an uncomfortable feeling and it's a lot worse now i've sat down for the night. Anyone had this or know what it could be?
Thank you

im sure someone may have experienced something similar flora and might get back to you ,
It sounds like it might br 'restless leg syndrome'
The way I get rid of it is to sit in a warm - not hot, bath

Good luck
I get that every once in a while does drive you nuts.. Ive never asked gp or anything though just presumed it was spasms

Thanks for that, i've just looked up restless leg and sounds very much like it could be that, my mum has it but I didn't ask her because firstly she would freak out and secondly I thought I was too young for it?? haha well looks like some exercise is on the cards, I'll let you know how that goes!!
Sounds like benign fasciculation syndrome.........very common........no big deal and it will go away on it´s own.

No known cause.
