apart from doing the pelvic floor excercises recommended does anyone know of anything that can assist you. After the birth of 2 fairly large babies mine arent what they used to be and despite doing my pelvic floor excercises on a daily basis im still not happy with the results.. I know this is really common but i feel i need help as im afraid to go on the kids trampoline just incase i wet myself lol. Any suggestions/ recommendations on things that are on the market if any?

Channel 4 showed a programme last year called 'Embarassing Bodies' where they had a few women test different products to help with their pelvic floor muscles. I recall that one woman had a really good response with one of the machines she used.
I have posted a link to their website, but please be aware that the page opens up directly on the weak pelvic floor page and has photos which are 'explicit in medical nature and nudity in a medical context'. http://www.channel4em...sode-1--pelvic-floor/
Please ask your G.P. to refer you to a women's health physio, who can check whether you are doing your exercises correctly, and can also advise/provide other methods of treatment (including electrical stimulation)
