recording small section of sound and play back

hello I am going to a fancy dress party and I would like to play like a funny tune for my grand entrance for a laugh. I just need a device which will record like a few seconds to a minute of second and play back through an inbuilt speaker at a reasonable room sound level.

I am sure they have a similar device in celebration cards that you can buy separately, you record a birthday message and then place it in the card.

Do people know of these items for cards or have you got any idea of something else that might work I want something instant not a pocket full of ipod or mobile to carry round

I once bought the type of card you describe. As far as I can remember, you should be able to detatch the device from the card.

im not sure that youll get something that will playback at a volume to be heard at a party.

build a bear shops used to have a little device you could record onto and then place inside a childs bear.
