Does any other reader of this magazine get annoyed when they charge over £3 to call for the winning numbers or three lots of postage to get a written copies, why can they not put the numbers on line or print them in the next copy of the magazine. I wonder if any readers ever check their numbers or if the prizes go unclaimed.

Because it is the cost of folks like you phoning in that more than pays for the prizes. That's the way these things work. It is not a compulsory aspect of magazine readership/subscription.

Yes, it is very annoying and personally, I never call them. Ditto with those "free"lottery cards you sometimes get thrust on you in the street, or in newspapers. Costs a fortune to ring up and you never win. The companies, I suspect, just gets the dosh from the phone calls.
