I have had these and they are tasty. Had them and a yoghurt and felt ok until lunch.
They are really horribile - gave mine the dog - dont buy any!
I haven't tasted them yet cheekymonkey but plan to buy some soon and when i do Ill come back here and tell you my opinion.
Garmard slow releasing carbs till lunch in the form of biscuits would be a great idea would be a great idea for those that don't really like eating in the morning plus those trying to lose or manage weight can benefit from these I reckon.
They tasted like grown up farleys rusks to me lol i found them very sweet.

Mixed reviews here. Guess I'll just have to go out and buy some even though the sweet farleys rusk comment has put me a little off. Cheers everyone.
they were ok-milky in taste and could be a bit bitter, not bad but ive had better.
they are lovely,i had milk +cereal biscuit.they taste like malted milk biscuits +u dont feel hungary after eating them,guess they do what they are supposed to .hope that helps you
Jeez! Can you still get Farley's Rusks? I used to pinch them off my baby brother when Mam wasn't looking.
Just today, a friend has described them as being like Farleys Rusks. I shan't bother. I shall stick with my toast and Marmite!!
