Please can someone tell me if courgette plants and marrow plants are the same? Are the marrow seeds larger than courgette seeds? I grow courgettes and know others who let their courgettes grown into marrows.

Thankyou sprinter53. I thought as much!
I don't think they are - neither do the guys down the allotment. Courgettes tend to go a bit 'cotton wool' like when they get too big. Marrows have a different flavour and have a pleasant 'stringy' like texture ...... Cut your courgettes when they are reasonably small and cut your marrows when they are just big enough to fit into your oven
They're not the same! lol Who told you that?
