Interesting - it appears from your Question, that you believe that women have an orgasm reservoir, and it depletes every time they have sex with a new partner.

No, adult stars are not immune to feelings, they have them like anyone else.

For male stars, it's all about being in the zone, and being able to cxontrol that - far more difficlt than it looks, hence the paudity of career players, women can of course fake it anywhere any time.

That said, I am sure that some women enjoy sex with some partners, and are perfectly capable of loosing themselves in the experience if they wish to do so.

i saw a documentary about adult stars and one woman was extolling the techniques of Jean Val-Jean who certainly did it for her, on a regular basis.

Of course, she could have been lying, but why bother?
