ive not got that channel prudie so i cant flick over and have a look,
but if its owt like the other programmes ive seen of young girls being entered into beauty contests etc, all done up in thick make up and hair done wearing revealing, slightly provocotive clothing - looking like little adults ... well, i find them very very distasteful really .....i cant understand the parents to be honest ...
Question Author
That's the one. Made up like page 3 girls and doing the sexy pout thing. All driven by the mums I'm afraid.
its awful isnt it prudie ... quite disturbing to watch .......
Question Author
It is actually disturbing because it's easy to see why pervs would find them sexually attractive. Sorry you can't see it at the moment,
yeah i know ..

its dreadful..... horrible ....

the parents must have a screw loose!

is this in america prudie or the uk?
Question Author
America. One girl of about 9 wearing just her knickers was having a spray tan applied by some guy while her mum watched.
omg! ...... bl00dy hell!

sounds like a perverts paradise! ........... :o(
Agree it's absolutely vile (one of those programmes that have you retching whilst unable to switch off as you're wondering what yuk is coming next!) They even have tiny babies that can't walk but are dressed in enormous frocks and their hair set in curlers! Plus little 3year olds pouting and prancing. Only saw about 20 mins. Enough.
hi lucca,
yeah, its dreadful isnt it. cant understand it.
ive even seen babies in their cots/prams wearing flippin high heeled shoes for gods sake! (lol) theyve got elastic over the foot to keep them on!... what the ???!!!!

(hey, my aldi thread didnt do so bad afterall lucca lol ... but ive got a lonesome one going on at the minute in media&tv .. lol)
This type of thing makes me very uncomfortable. You have to question the parent's judgement when they enter their kids into this kind of thing. What on earth do they think they're going to achieve?

Apart from the obviously creepy paedophilic overtones to the whole event, it has another deeply unpleasant aspect to it. It implants the idea into developing minds that a person is judged purely on the way they look.

I find that idea highly objectionable.
