I have polycystic ovaries and this caused me to be fat and hairy.

Thankfully laser hair removal at the local salon got rid of most of the hair.

I am still fat.

Its your hormones up the wall. Mostly happens to menapausle women. Shaving isn't a good idea as they grow again thicker than before.
Wax strips are the best to use, but you've got to be constantly on the look out for the odd one too.
