If the police or CPS haven't finished sorting out the paperwork you might simply be rebailed to attend the police station on a later date.

Otherwise you will be formally charged and bailed until such time as a court date is set. The court's listing officer will contact you (either directly or via your solicitor, if you've got one) to notify you of the date for the court hearing. You will be required to surrender your licence to the court on that day.

I am assuming that you were bailed due to having had a blood test to determine the amount of alcohol in the blood after an intoximeter result was just over the limit.
When you answer bail either

1. You were found to be over the limit and will be charged and have to attend court,

or 2 You were not over the limit and no further action will be taken

Hi Pauln90, yes just over, had blood done with my own sample and it's over, reading 96 and limit is 80, don't know what the police reading will be, was just wondering what happens when i go to police station in a few weeks time, i wish this was quicker, the wait is is awful!
