Unable to uninstall certain files

I am trying to uninstall PC cleaner and Registry fix. For both of htem I get the message "unins000.dat does not exist. Cannot uninstall". Can anyone help?

There are fake and dodgy programs around that look ok .. but fake results, and want you to pay something. Glad you are at least trying to remove. Some cheapy programmes do not uninstall cleanly, and may need a much better Registry/File cleaner to remove them properly. That program does not look good TBH.
the other one looks too much the same .. and Customer Feedback is eyebrow-raising!
The other way is to check the "root" folder for that program (Program Fiules/"program name" to see what is in there .. usually, the unins000dat file will be in there. It may be missing or corrupted, however.
A way to fix "can" be to install the program again, then attempt another removal afterwards .. not usually needs to reboot, so ignore that if trying this fix.

Thank you Albags. I deleted these files via program filles. I then checked back to "add/remove programmes" on the control panel and it seems to have worked!!! Thanks again.
program called Revo Uninstaller usually finds debris left behind by Add/Remove program.Also has other good points
