I sell some stuff on Ebay but it has been very quiet lately so it wasn't my top priority to sort it out. I am moving tomorrow and I was going to put the 'holiday' thing on my items but someone bought something this afternoon. I emailed them to say that I was moving but could send the stuff at the end of the week (hoping that I could send it sooner) or they could have a refund and he has sent me a right nutters response (in very bad English) about legally binding contract, good faith, etc. What would you do? I am tempted to tell him to f*** off. Thanks (PS - am a bit stressed with the whole moving thing so may have got this out of proportion.)

I'd just ignore him and send it when you are ready...

He hasn't told me what size he wants anyway - might just send him a refund (he's only bought 6 things from EBay so he's hardly an old-hand). Idiot. (Him - not you Craft)
cheers sherrardk......good luck with the move......
Now they have paid you risk getting neg'd.
Just send it and ignore the bull$hit. There are better things to worry about in life.
Have a good move x
