It takes all 5 dogs one minute to kill a rat, so it will take them 100 minutes to kill 100 rats.

Squarebear look at the other way how many rats die in the first instance 5 in the second 100. So one rat dies a minute.

So it takes 1 dog 5 minutes to kill a rat therefore in 100 minutes 1 dog kills 20 rats

5 x 20 = 100
