Anyone got any recipes that contain food high in zinc?

As zinc is a carbonized mineral that will not particularly demoleculize well I would recommend a mere zinc supplement with whatever you cook.

 

Not a great answer I know but it will be the best way to increase your zinc intake. Holland and Barrett have it half price at the moment.

Yep, roasted zinc. Take 2 kilos of zinc -  drizzle with olive oil.... only kidding. I'm sure I read somewhere that oysters were high in zinc.

Should have asked for foods high in zinc that are not fish/seafood. Can't stand seafood. Really wanted some sensible answers.

Recipes containing brazil nuts as these are a good source of zinc.

Hope this is more sensible!

Foods high in zinc include red meat, shellfish, eggs.  Also seeds - pumpkin, sunflower and sesame all good sources.

ASDA's own brand zinc supplement is about the cheapest. Also omega-3 fish oils.

raspberries contain zinc too!

MFEWELL - LOL - I work at Asda (oh, lucky me!) so can get supplements a bit cheaper.

I was looking for recipes and things cause I wanna get the other half eating more zinc without him knowing! - apparently its good for boosting your sex drive!!!
i thought zinc was something that u put in batteries????????????????????????*looks at batteries*hhhhhhhmmmmmmm,i wonder??
