Restore point in Windows Vista

I used to have Windows XP and I could restore the computer to a previous point.
Can I do it with Vista?

dna files - my pc will not open this, anyone help please

System Restore should be available in exactly the same place with Vista as it was with XP.
i.e.: Start >All Programs > Accessories > System Tools > System Restore.

Thanks for that. It`s easier to restore than XP as well
