No I meant of been in charge of the boat or dingy.
JustChillin you obviously have never been on a boat with fisherman in greece or spain! The whole crews were drunk and still managed to bag net after net of fish whilst singing good luck songs and sea shanties.

Yes, it is illegal in Greece and Spain for a person in charge of a boat to be drunk
