It is a New Year's punch made from whole baked Seville Oranges. When cooked stud with cloves add some sugar and strong (Portuguese) red wine. Keep warm for a day. Squeeze the Orange into the wine and strain. Add Port and heat, do not boil but serve hot from warmed goblets.
